My name is Rayki, and I am the founder of FoodCorp. As an experienced FSQ specialist and ACLP-certified trainer, I am dedicated to transforming the complexities of food safety management into manageable, actionable steps. With a master’s degree in Food Science and Innovation from MMU (UK), I offer in-depth expertise in food hazard studies, risk management, and the intricate frameworks of HACCP, FSMS, FSSC, and Organic standards.
The Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) methodology lies at the heart of food safety management systems. It serves not only as a cornerstone for system development but also as a practical framework for streamlining daily tasks, driving efficiency, and achieving improved outcomes.
